Through UKRI Building a Green Future, UKRI are collaborating with the National Institutes of Health Research (NIHR) on the ‘Realising the health co benefits of the transition to Net Zero’ programme. This programme funded the Sustainable Health Systems Hub to develop a transdisciplinary research hub that will provide policy-relevant evidence and deliver high impact, solutions focused research to protect and promote the physical and mental health of the UK population as part of the UK’s transition to Net Zero.
