What’s the Matter: Clean Air Festival

1st October 2026
12.30-1.30pm on TEAMS

Marina Walker Founder, What’s the Matter CIC

We all breathe air. But not all air is equal.

Air pollution isn’t just an environmental issue. It shapes health, childhood, and life expectancy. And it falls hardest on those who had no say in where they live. Why has clean air become a luxury?

What’s the Matter is a new environmental health festival that explores how art, healthcare, research and community engagement can work together to improve public understanding of air pollution and inspire action.
